The room was spacious and modern, equipped with a fridge, two queen beds, and a coffee machine. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of tasty food options, including fluffy eggs. the hotel's central location is convenient, close to stores, restaurants, and bars.

Hampton Inn owners sent us a Thanks For Visiting postcard. That was a first from a hotel.

Everything was great, the service was great. The staff were more than helpful, everyone was affable and welcoming. The breakfast was adequate for affordable prices, with outstanding food. The hotel was comfy and in a central location near to park, the airport, sea world, zoo and all other areas.

Staff was friendly, rooms are very clean, location is ok, parking, WiFi, and breakfast are free.

Tables of breakfast are few, also quantity of bread was very limited and you should wait for 5 or 10 minutes if the bread container is empty, which happened a lot, until it filled again. TV inside room is very old(maybe plasma or something older) and that affected negatively the quality of screen.

Front desk nice & friendly, housekeeping very nice too. They have a very long list of great places to eat, for couples & or families on any kind of budget.

The air conditioner didn't work very well the unit would start making banging/thumping noise really loud, Fri., Sat. nights we had to unplug IT. The phone was "VERY STATIC" I couldn't hear the front desk or call out, maintenance man said in the wires, not fixed. Bathroom fan didn't work motor noise but NO movement of air & humid. Last but not least the bathroom [FAUCET] the (L)*HOT* handle and the (R) COLD handle was also *-HOT-* the maintenance man again could not fix it. I despise this word "HATE" but I do not like sitting down on a bed, and the bed & I both "slide" about 12inches+ off the other side of the bed... 2years ago my Son & I stayed at the Hampton Inn, to meet the UCSD H2O Coach. I will tell you I surely won't be staying there! Our Son Graduated this past Sunday, June 12, 2016! We'll be trying to catch-up on our sleep, along with the 10 hour drive each way. The room here is nicely updated and has a modern touch, plus they provide fresh towels. The location in Kearny Mesa is absolutely beautiful and stunning 🌟.

Clean facility, nice comfortable bed, and good breakfast. Laundary prices were reasonable too.

My Booked.net reservation could not be found, but front desk give me very good rate without discussion. Very good room with good aircon regulation, only 12 minutes to Nimitz museum.

Some problems with WiFi, had to reconnect after each interruption, pretended to be connected to iphone but would not download email.
